Hackers In Your Webcam: BlackShades
"Using Blackshades, cybercriminals take over victims' computers for spying and money-making purposes, experts say. Criminals also listen to victims through infected computer microphones, monitor users' keystrokes and virtually rifle through personal documents and pictures." -CNN
Authorities recently announced more than 90 arrests all over the world related to attacks which have infiltrated more than half a million computers.
According to CNN, there are confirmed cases of people whose webcams have been used by these hackers to take photos of victims inside their homes without their knowledge.
