I have used Tech2U for several years and always have been extremely pleased with their service, either remotely or on premise. The customer service is outstanding and they don't make me feel as if I am ignorant when it comes to the computer world. Yesterday, Rob, did an excellent job of going thru my computer, remotely, and cleaned up anything not needed and renewed my antivirus software. It was done in a timely and professional manner. I will continue to use this company for all my computer needs.

I called Tech 2 U, and asked them to installed Outlook on my laptop. I had it done yesterday (08/29/2018)and in the afternoon it was working fine. On 08/30/2018 I was not table to send and receive emails, so I called them and they immediately started working on the issue, and finally the issue was resolved. Their knowledge and customer service is excellent. Five STARS to the entire team.
