Yesterday, Rob, did an excellent job of going thru my computer, remotely, and cleaned up anything not needed and renewed my antivirus software. It was done in a timely and professional manner. I called Tech 2 U, and asked them to installed Outlook on my laptop. I had it done yesterday (08/29/2018)and in the afternoon it was working fine. On 08/30/2018 I was not table to send and receive emails, so I called them and they immediately started working on the issue, and finally the issue was resolved. Their knowledge and customer service is excellent. Five STARS to the entire team.
